Posted below are impending parish events. Please read the Bulletins for details on these and future activities.

Maintenance/ Janitor Needed St. David’s Church is looking for a qualified person to assume duties as our Maintenance/ Janitor to start on October 16, 2017. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Provide janitorial services in the church and parish building including sweeping floors weekly and mopping altar area, floors, aisles, classrooms, gym, and entrances periodically; vacuum rugs, dust pews, church furnishings and ledges, wash windows as needed. Replace light bulbs as needed. Clean and disinfect restrooms, empty trash cans, recycling bins and butt cans twice weekly. Maintain organized supply closet and refill supplies as needed. Install or repair maintenance issues in church or parish buildings. Mop and wax PSR Rooms and Parish Center semi-annually. This position is part-time (15 hours per week) and includes sick and vacation hours and paid holidays. Respect Life Apostolate (RLA) The Archdiocesan RLA "Friends for Life" campaign will be gathered at the 2nd collection on Sat.-Sun. Aug. 19-20 here at St. David. This collection helps to support the many RLA programs and services promoted for all human beings especially the most vulnerable throughout St. Louis. Some of these services include chastity education, post-abortive healing ministry and material assistance to families facing an unexpected pregnancy. We thank you for generous and faithful support. Tickets can now be purchased for the Annual Fall Festival Main Raffle! Tickets are at the entrances to church and can be purchased for $20 each or 3 for $50. You can return your stubs and money thru the collection, by placing it in an envelope marked Main Raffle, handing them into a solicitor after Mass or by bringing it to the parish Rectory.

St. David Fall Festival 2017 Quilt The Quilters are raffling off a beautiful Queen Sized Quilt for the Fall Festival. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5! Enter to win today! 

Wine or Dine The Wine or Dine Booth is looking for donations of bottles of wine and restaurant gift cards of $10 or more for this fall festival booth. Please contact Becky Koeller 314-607-9115 or Cyndi Rowland 314-753-0939. 

PSR NEWS PSR starts soon - Wednesday, August 23!! Our first evening begins with a family Mass, short general meeting, and then visits to the classrooms. If you need to contact Mrs. Whitlock, Coordinator of PSR, please phone me at 636-296-2903 or email at garycathy@sbcglobal.net.

Thank you for your support of the Beyond Sunday campaign. We appreciate all that you have done to help make the campaign a success. The campaign is continuing to make great progress and it's important that we continue to provide updates to parishioners on the impact of Beyond Sunday throughout the five year pledge redemption time period.Click here to see a report on St. David Parish.
